Rob put us on King salmon on the Manistee below Tippy Dam on October 1, 2025. He took the time to walk us through the techniques, which made a big difference. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to get on fish and enjoy a solid day on the water.

Our fishing trip with Anthony was excellent. His boat and gear are well-maintained, and he worked hard to get us on fish. Once we were set up, he stayed attentive and gave clear guidance that really helped us land fish.

Captain Anthony put together a great trip for two dads and their teen sons. He was easy to talk to, patient while we learned the setups, and worked hard to keep us on fish. We landed some salmon, and his knowledge of the Manistee River really showed. The gear was clean and well-prepared. We’d gladly book with Captain Anthony again anytime.

What a great trip—20+ brown trout, all catch and release. Rodney truly lived up to the name “Brown Trout Whisperer.” We hooked into several steelhead but couldn’t get them in the boat—no fault of the captain, just hard-fighting fish jumping and running with the current. Had an awesome time and we’ll be back for the hex. Thanks again, guys!
